OpenFrame RMM is the remote monitoring and management core of the OpenFrame platform. Instead of building an agent stack from scratch, it orchestrates proven open source tools - a forked Tactical RMM for monitoring and scripting, MeshCentral for remote access, Fleet MDM and osquery for policies and queries - behind one interface and one login. Device tagging, script scheduling, real-time log streaming, remote shell, and a file manager all ship in the box. Mingo, OpenFrame's technician-facing AI assistant, runs the stack from chat. It has full lifecycle access to scripts, scheduled scripts, queries, and policies - list, create, assign to machines, execute, clean up - and it scopes actions by customer, so "Reboot all devices for Acme Corp" does exactly that. Since v0.9.52, Mingo lives in a persistent sidebar with full page context, and a real-time alerts center tracks activity across devices, tickets, and the platform. Like the rest of OpenFrame, RMM is open source and self-hosted, with no per-technician or per-endpoint fees. Every agent shows a "Signed by Flamingo" badge linking to the public fork, so you can see exactly what's running on your endpoints. Windows, macOS, and Linux agents ship with a /doctor pre-flight check that catches antivirus and DNS problems before install, not after.
