Migration from Auth0 was smooth

Migrated from Auth0 to Keycloak to reduce costs and increase control. The user federation features made the transition seamless. Now we save $50K+ annually while having better customization options. The admin UI is intuitive for non-technical team members.

Security compliance made easy

As a security specialist, I appreciate how Keycloak handles GDPR compliance out of the box. The audit logging is comprehensive and the fine-grained permission system lets us implement zero-trust principles effectively. Password policies and MFA integration are robust.

Perfect for microservices architecture

Keycloak integrates beautifully with our Kubernetes microservices setup. The OIDC/OAuth2 flows work seamlessly with our API gateway. Documentation could be better but the community support is excellent. Highly recommend for containerized environments.

Performance issues at scale

We implemented Keycloak for our e-commerce platform but ran into performance bottlenecks around 10K concurrent users. Had to implement custom caching and database tuning. Great product but requires serious infrastructure planning for high-traffic applications.

Keycloak saved us thousands in licensing

Just convinced another healthcare client to use Keycloak instead of paying obscene licensing costs for commercial IAM. Self-hosting it gives us complete control over PHI data and compliance requirements. The learning curve is steep but the TCO difference is massive in regulated industries.
