CyberDrain is a community-driven platform that exists to solve real daily pain points for Managed Service Providers (MSPs). Their flagship product, CIPP (CyberDrain Improved Partner Portal), is an open-source Microsoft 365 multi-tenant management solution that eliminates the multi-tab nightmare of managing dozens of Microsoft portals. Built by the community for the community, CyberDrain has grown to over 8,000 community members with 6,000+ GitHub forks and 150+ active contributors. The platform addresses critical MSP challenges including multi-tenant management across Microsoft portals, GDAP assignments, user provisioning and license management, Graph API complexity, Conditional Access policy deployment at scale, and security compliance across all client tenants. CIPP offers central user management, effortless standardization deployment, comprehensive security and reporting features, and integrations with popular MSP tools. The solution is available both as a self-hosted open-source option (free with Azure hosting costs of ~$15-20/month) or as a sponsored hosted solution ($99/month recommended). CyberDrain provides real-time community support, direct access to the development team, comprehensive documentation, and MSP best practices through their Discord community and knowledge base.
